Combine whipping cream, sugar and liqueur into a large mixing bowl. Whip with the wisk attachment of an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat or the cream will become lumpy and butter-like. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serving suggestions: Sprinkle some Nutmeg on top of the Rum Whipped Cream, garnish the Limoncello Whipped Cream with a slice of lemon and put a drop of green food coloring in the Cream de Menthe Whipped Cream while wisking to give it a minty green color or add a mint leaf.

Hint: The cream whips best when the ingredients, bowl and utensils are thoroughly chilled.
